These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of physical products, digital products and services offered by TwoPot Posies.

TwoPot Posies is a small-scale flower farm offering seasonal flowers, gift bouquets, DIY flower buckets and related creative services.

Information provided on this website is intended for general information purposes only and may change without notice.

2. Seasonal Availability

All flowers and floral products offered by TwoPot Posies are seasonal and subject to availability.

As flowers are grown in harmony with the seasons, varieties, colours and bouquet contents may vary throughout the year depending on weather conditions and what is currently flowering in the garden.

Images shown on this website are representative only and individual bouquets or flower buckets may differ.​

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and may change without notice.

Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to your purchase. Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders and bookings are only confirmed once payment or any agreed booking deposit has been successfully received.

For digital products, payment is taken at the time of purchase and the product is supplied electronically following successful payment.

4. Digital Products

TwoPot Posies may offer digital products, including downloadable ebooks, guides and other digital resources.

Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical product will be shipped.

The product description will clearly state what is included and the format in which the digital product is supplied.

Once payment has been successfully completed, the digital product will normally be made available through the download link provided by email or through the website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a suitable device, software and internet connection to access the digital product.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

For physical products and services, cancellation arrangements may vary depending on the nature of the product or service and will be communicated at the time of purchase or booking.

For digital products, customers may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase. Where digital content is supplied immediately, the customer will be asked to expressly agree to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge the effect this may have on their cancellation right, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If a digital product is faulty, cannot be accessed, or does not match its description, please contact TwoPot Posies so that the issue can be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If you need to cancel or change your flower order, please get in touch as soon as possible.

As flowers are harvested specifically for each order, cancellations made at short notice may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Gift Bouquets

Seasonal gift bouquets are available subject to availability.

• Please allow a minimum of two days’ notice where possible when placing an order or enquiry.

• Orders are confirmed only after direct agreement and availability confirmation.

• Bouquet contents may vary according to the season and flowers available at the time.

• At this time, collection only is available.

 

7. DIY Flower Buckets

DIY flower buckets are offered seasonally and subject to flower availability.

• Flower varieties and colours may vary depending on what is blooming at the time of collection.

• Buckets are designed to reflect the season and natural variation is to be expected.

• Availability is limited and advance booking is recommended.

• Collection only is currently available unless otherwise agreed.

8. Flower Stand

The flower stand operates according to seasonal availability.

Bouquets and floral products are available while stock lasts and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Availability may vary throughout the growing season.​

9. Flower Care

Once flowers have been collected, TwoPot Posies cannot accept responsibility for their care, longevity or condition.

10. Ever Still Fine Art Bouquet Photography

Ever Still Fine Art Bouquet Photography is subject to a separate client agreement and booking terms.

11. Force Majeure

Occasionally, weather or unforeseen circumstances may affect flower availability. If this happens, I will always communicate any changes as soon as possible and discuss suitable alternatives where possible.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, text, designs and other original content on this website and in TwoPot Posies digital products remain the property of TwoPot Posies and/or Sandra McGarrell.

Digital products purchased from TwoPot Posies are licensed for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared or commercially reproduced without prior written permission.

Third-party content used under licence remains the property of its respective copyright holder.
